Returns/Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds and size exchanges are accepted within 30 days from receipt. If shoes and/or case have been written on, shoes have been worn, shoes show any signs of dirt or shoes are not in re-stockable condition we cannot process the return/exchange. The shoes will be sent back to the customer.

Can I return or exchange an item that wasn't purchased through your website?

Only items bought directly from Nfinity.com or an Nfinity Representative can be returned or exchanged by Nfinity. Any items purchased through a third party (i.e. Amazon, team cheer, or Academy) must be returned to that vendor.

How do I return an item?

With every order, Nfinity will automatically send a prepaid return shipping label inside the package.

1. FILL IT OUT: Complete the bottom portion of the packing slip.

2. MARK IT: Indicate what you are returning and what you are needing for the exchange. (i.e. the different size you need or a refund). If there is a RA# section on the form, this be filled out by the returns department.

3. PACK IT: Include the completed Customer Return Form along with your returning item(s).

4. SEND IT:Please use the included pre-paid return label to return your item(s) to our warehouse and drop the package off at any FedEx location.

If you have requested a refund, the returns department will automatically refund the card used for the original purchase.

You can also log into your account and start the return process on your end. Choose the type of return you are requesting and select the item you want to return. Indicate refund or the size you need in the online form. Once submitted, you will then be provided with a return authorization number to write on the bottom of the packing slip. You must still fill out the bottom section on the physical return form and include it in the package you are sending back. The package can then be shipped out. This will speed up the process for the returns department.

How long does it take for my return to be processed or to be refunded?

It can take up to 5 business days for your return to reach the Nfinity office, depending on your location. Once the return is received and inspected (usually within 48 business hours of receipt) your return will be processed as a new sales order or a refund that will be automatically issued to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

I misplaced my prepaid return label. How can I get one replaced?

We are more than happy to help you print out a new label. Please email us with your contact information including name, address, email, phone number and we will email you a prepaid label.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Nfinity Offices. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

We at Nfinity Athletic stand behind all of our products. Each item comes with a 90 day manufacturer's warranty. If within this timeframe, you believe your product to be defective or have a material flaw, please submit your request for a replacement by clicking the below link and completing the required form. You will need to provide several pictures of the defects along with your original sales order number.

You must provide a legible picture of the inside of the tongue of a shoe. Once this form is completed and submitted, customer service will respond within 48 hours with more information and the status of your submission. Some restrictions may apply.
