OFFICE MANAGER/COORDINATOR

Job Description
Looking for the right candidate that posses outstanding organizational skills to work closely with National Sales Manager of a rapidly growing women’s athletic footwear manufacturer.  This administrative position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all office activities including purchasing, customer service, quoting/proposals, presentation creation, management of the call center and act as a liaison between sales and operations.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills a must.  High proficiency with Word, Excel and Power Point is required.  The right candidate thrives in a fast paced environment and understands the importance of deadlines.

Responsibilities 
  • Processes all credit card transactions for web sales
  • Manages all customer service issues – both sales and returns
  • Purchasing accessory items for outside vendors
  • Reconciles Purchases orders
  • Main point of contact for incoming calls
  • Handles maintenance issues for the office
  • Creates customer presentations and proposals
  • Plans and organizes meetings
  • Entirely responsible for all event coordination
  • Generate sales reports
  • Handles all walk in customer traffic
  • Directs call center employees with direction from Territory Mgr
  • Processes and reviews expense reports
  • Order entry
  • Coordinates activities between sales and operations
  • Manages customer data base
  • Create, manage and track budgets

Requirements

5-7 Years of office management experience
4-year degree
Must demonstrate proficiency with Word, Excel, and Power Point
Working knowledge or experience with Netsuite is a plus
Basic understanding of accounting

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Nfinity, the first team sport company to make performance footwear specifically for the female athlete, is seeking a Sales Representative in the areas listed below.  Reporting to the Territory Manager, the primary responsible of the sales rep is to effectively promote Nfinity products through a consultative-based selling approach.  Candidates for this position should have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated to succeed in a competitive industry and a willingness to grow with the company.  A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of direct sales experience is required.

Job Responsibilities:

Selling Nfinity products within a protected geographic territory

  • Responsible for calling on and cross selling to existing customers.
  • Developing relationships with school and club sport teams
  • Prospecting for new business and generating new leads
  • Responsible for prompt follow up on pre-qualified leads provided by the corporate office
  • Required to make professional sales presentations
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Required attendance at all Nfinity sponsored events within the designated geographic territory
  • Provide customer feedback on products and marketplace conditions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree REQUIRED
  • 1-3 years direct sales experience or equivalent colligate sports experience
  • Proficient with Excel, Word & Power Point
  • Previous experience with NetSuite software a plus

An Nfinity Ambassador is an individual who is passionate about women's basketball or volleyball - they eat, sleep, and breathe their sport. They have seen the new Nfinity shoe, put it to the test, believe in the technology and want to help Nfinity get introduced to their personal circle of influence.

What are their responsibilities?

Nfinity Ambassadors have a wide array of responsibilities.  Including:
  • Introduce and sell Nfinity products to programs in your territory
  • Provide feedback to Nfinity Brand Manager on how the shoe is performing
  • Available for occasional conference calls to brainstorm new product ideas
  • Work events in their territory as an Nfinity representative to promote the shoe
  • Receive weekly email updates with special offers and promotions for prospects
  • Support marketing initiatives
  • Attends occasional training webinar’s to stay up to date on the latest developmentsProvides leads to the company to send information about the product

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER/REPRESENTATIVE

Nfinity, the first team sport company to make performance footwear specifically for the female athlete, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager/ Representative in the Columbus, OH and Atlanta GA area.  Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the primary responsible of the regional sales manager is to coordinate the sales efforts in a multi-city region while effectively promoting Nfinity products through a consultative based selling approach.  Candidates for this position should have excellent communication skills, be self motivated to succeed in a competitive industry and a willingness to grow with the company.  A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of sales management experience is required.

Job Responsibilities:

Managing a team of sales representatives and actively selling Nfinity products within a protected geographic territory

  • Management, hiring and training of sales reps
  • Individually motivate sales teams to develop new business and maintain current accounts.
  • Responsible for submitting and managing a Regional Sales Budget
  • Product and Sales Forecasting
  • Coach and assist sales representatives in the preparation of special proposals including, pricing quotations, terms of sales and transfer dates as requested by potential customers.
  • Evaluate sales representatives and provide formal and informal training delivery in appropriate areas, including: time management, prospecting, qualification, selling skills, sales strategy, product knowledge, and closing skills
