Lauren Rice is a Certified RYT 200 Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance. As a former gymnast and cheerleader, the poses came natural to her. However, her love for yoga runs deeper than physical. Yoga teaches her to slow down, be present and live authentically. Lauren’s friendly demeanor enables athletes to feel comfortable and confident in their practice. Her classes are challenging yet fun and emphasize personal growth, body awareness, integration of physical and mental health and linking breath with movement.
