How do I measure my foot for Nfinity cheer shoes?

Stand on a hard floor with your heel against a wall and measure from the wall to the tip of your longest toe, in inches or centimeters. Find that length in the INCHES or CM column of the chart for the shoe you are buying and order the US size on that row. Each Nfinity shoe has its own chart, so use the one for your model. The video above walks through the measurement.

Do Nfinity cheer shoes run true to size?

It depends on the shoe, which is why every model has its own chart below. The Flyte fits true to size. The Vengeance fits snug and its chart already accounts for that, so measure your foot and order the size on the chart rather than sizing up beyond it. The Alpha, Beast and Fearless run small; if you are ordering by your usual sneaker size instead of measuring, go up a half size to a full size.

What size cheer shoe should I order for a youth?

Nfinity cheer shoes run from Youth 10 through Youth 3 and then continue directly into adult sizes starting at 4. Measure heel to toe and match the INCHES or CM column on the chart for the model you are buying. For example, the Vengeance Youth 10 fits a 6⅜ in (16 cm) foot, Youth 3 fits 8⅜ in (21.1 cm) and adult 4 fits 8⅝ in (22 cm).

Are Nfinity size charts the same for every shoe?

No. Each model has its own chart. A US 7 measures 9⅝ in (24.5 cm) in the Vengeance and Flyte, 9⅜ in (23.8 cm) in the Alpha and Beast, and 9½ in (24.2 cm) in the Rival 2, Fearless and Evolution. Always use the chart for the shoe you are ordering.

How should cheer shoes fit?

Close to the foot: your heel should not slip and your toes should not press against the front of the shoe. Measure and use the chart rather than guessing from a sneaker size, and if you are between sizes follow the guidance for your model above.

What if my cheer shoes do not fit?

Shoes bought on Nfinity.com can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Start the return in our returns portal within 14 days and ship it back within 28 days using the free prepaid USPS label we email you. Your replacement order is released the same day your return is delivered back to us, and exchange orders ship free. Shoes must be unworn and in restockable condition. Shoes bought on Amazon or from another retailer must be returned to that seller.
