RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Nfinity does not accept returns, we only offer exchanges. If the item or case has been worn, shows signs of wear, been written on, personalized, or is otherwise not in restockable condition, we cannot process the exchange. If the item to be exchanged does not meet the critera, the item will be sent back to the customer at customer expense*. In the case of manufacturers defects, returns are accepted but must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Can I exchange an item that wasn't purchased through your website?

Only items bought directly from Nfinity.com or an Nfinity Representative can be exchanged by Nfinity. Any items purchased through a third party (i.e. Amazon, GTM, etc.) must be returned to that vendor.

Can I return an item?

No, all items purchased are available for exchange only, with the exception of defective merchandise. Please visit our Exchanges Portal to process an exchange.

How do I submit an exchange request?

Do you provide a return label? 

No, the customer is responsible for the return shipping label.

How long does it take for my exchange to be processed?

You can track the status of your exchange by clicking here.  Please keep in mind that it can take up to 5 business days for your return to reach the Nfinity office, depending on your location. Once the item is received and inspected your exchange will be processed and your new item will be sent. To expedite the process, please follow the instructions in the portal and add your tracking number. This will notify us when your return has made it to our warehouse. If you do not have or did not enter the tracking number, please allow 3 business days from the time your item is received for the exchange to be processed.

*If an exchange is deemed to be outside of policy, we will notify the customer via email. The customer then has 3 weeks from the date of that email to contact customer service with a return label. After 3 weeks, all declined exchanges will be recycled or donated.


Defective Replacement Policy

We at Nfinity Athletic stand behind all of our products. Each item purchased from our site comes with a 30 day manufacturer's warranty. If within this time frame, you believe your product to be defective, please follow the instructions (above) to return it to us.

If you purchased one of our products from an authorized vendor, please reach out to their customer service team to discuss their warranty policy. 

If you purchased one of our products from a vendor not authorized by Nfinity we are not responsible for any defects. We recommend to only purchase from Nfinity.com, an Nfinity representative or an authorized distributor.
