Yes! To ship internationally, we partner with Global-e to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers.

Please scroll to the bottom of the home page to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. This will change the currency on the website. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

 

Customs, Tariffs and Taxes

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in product prices. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer's responsibility.

International Returns

Size exchanges are accepted within 45 days from receipt. If shoes / case have been written on, shoes have been worn, show any signs of dirt or are not in re-stockable condition we can not process the exchange.

Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Nfinity is not responsible for International shipping fees or lost returns.

A Exchange Authorization is needed for every international exchange. Please be sure to specify sizes, colors and quantity of the items being returned.

Returns received without proper information cannot be processed.
