Mitch Budlong has been a competitive athlete and coach for the last 24 years straight! He began cheering his freshman year of high school and continued on all 4 years of college, where he then received a full-ride scholarship to the University of Kentucky.  While at UK, Mitch was a UCA college nationals competitor all 4 years, winning 3 out of 4 years and leading the team as captain his senior year. After college, he became the first male cheer-athlete ever to represent Team USA cheer and led the team to 5 world championship titles with the nickname “Captain America”. He has coached at, competed for, and trained with athletes from many of the top allstar programs in the country, and also spread cheer all over the world during his international travels.

Mitch's specialty is world class stunting, tumbling technique, strength and conditioning, and teaching the champion mindset that it takes to become your personal best! He has developed a unique skill-set of drills and exercises that will equip athletes to achieve each tumbling skill without gym equipment. He cares most about shining a light into people’s lives and uplifting all athletes that he comes into contact with!
